Your Role: An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Brand Manager in Endocrinology. The major purpose of this role is to provide the strategic & tactical marketing direction for current and pipeline products for the Endocrinology Portfolio to achieve short and long term, sales & profit objectives. Your success will be underpinned by your ability to be agile in your approach and have strong resilience in times of change! With strong communication skills, building relationships (both internally and externally) will be second nature to you - your ‘obsession with our customers and patients’ will shine! Ownership/Accountability will be key to your role - your remit will include both product management and sales activities for an Endocrinology portfolio. We seek someone with a strong science background, who has a genuine interest/passion for the sales and marketing side of the industry.
Who you are:
- Tertiary qualifications Marketing/Business/Sciences
- Completion of Medicines Australia modules desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated sales/marketing experience in a product management and sales capacity.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Specialty Care Marketing -ie MS / Oncology / Fertility/Endocrinology
- Endocrinology experience desirable
- Significant Forecasting and P&L management essential
- Experience within Pharmaceutical industry essential
- Computer literate, skills in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in digital marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
