Connections Early Learning Moorooka is a privately owned, Brand New, state of the art, Childcare Centre. We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for our next Assistant Educator Superstar to provide care and early education to our children.
We are looking to establish a team of highly motivated, professional Educators to start connecting with our local owners and the Moorooka community.
Our Team must be passionate about achieving quality outcomes for children and their families. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have proven Early Childhood skills. The Role –
Early Childhood Educators
We are looking for Early Childhood Assistant Educators that have sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards. Previous Early Childhood experience is essential.
To be successful in this position, you will be required to hold the following:
• ACECQA approved Childcare Qualification - minimum Certificate 3 Children's Services or working towards Diploma of Education.
• Suitability Card – 'Blue Card'
• Child protection training: Identifying and responding to children and young people at risk of harm
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements
