We have an exciting Coordinator opportunity leading our Outside School Hours Care service and an assistnat position at East Side Little Learners located in Bundaberg.
About the role
You will manage a OSHC service at our Early Learning Centre in a separte building and a separate yard in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years with the help of your Lead Coordinator and Assistant Educators. You'll also have the support of a onsute Centre Director, plus operations managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Experience leading a team
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
- Qualified or enrolled in a Diploma or Higher qualification in Education, Childcare.
Minimum 33hrs per week, 5 days preferred.
