Basta is located inside Hotel TOTTO Wollongong- EVT’s newest hotel to open. As Breakfast Chef, you will deliver the hotel breakfast offerings. The hotel features 150 accommodation rooms where it invites guests to dine in Basta restaurant or take delight in enjoying delicious fare through the comforts of in-room dining. The Breakfast Chef will provide quick service breakfast, In-Room Dining breakfast orders and assist in covering all-day dining offerings.
Additional skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Chef is a MUST
- Knowledgeable across dining periods including breakfast and lunch.
- Able to support a team with a hands on approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- WH&S & FSS - Sound knowledge
- Knowledge of food & cooking techniques
- Immaculate presentation and passionate customer service advocate
