The Role:
As the Senior Director of Wine Strategyand Marketing, you will be at the helm of our strategic marketing efforts and management structure. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a Management Structure: Creating a robust framework encompassing all necessary documents, contracts, and regulations for HOLD International Pty Ltd.
Crafting Business Policies: Formulating strategic internal and external policies to steer the company's operations and expansion.
Leading Promotional Initiatives: Designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to amplify the presence of A.GERE and Laposa wines in Australia, with a focus on the retail and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications:
Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the wine industry, particularly in marketing and scaling wine distribution operations.
Educational Credentials: Minimum WSET Level 2 certification; higher qualifications preferred. RSA certification required.
Strategic Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies targeting retail and hospitality channels.
Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies persuasively.
Requirements:
Must be of legal drinking age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within designated sales territories.
