This growing consultancy has a busy pipeline of new bridge projects with major Government authorities and departments, along with bridge rehabilitation programs. To avoid a strain of inspection on their very busy Bridge team, the company is looking to hire a dedicated Bridge Inspector. This role is a strategic hire planning for the group's future and easy pressure on the current team.

There will be a broad mix of minor and major projects to see firsthand. Salary will depend on the individual, ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 TRP.
About the role:
To be successful in this role you will need a current driver's license and a VicRoads inspection certification in Level 2 Bridge Structures. Ideally, you will already have some experience in infrastructure projects and a good knowledge of bridges and other civil structures. Your role will be to determine the cause of asset defects and their rectification treatments. You will also have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
About you:
Degree qualified
Minimum three years experience on Melbourne projects
VicRoads Inspection Level 2 qualification
Sound understanding of Asset Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Conditioning Monitoring of infrastructure
Experience in assessing and reporting on the condition of structures while undertaking inspections
Experience and knowledge in asset management practices
Well-developed report writing skills.
Sound knowledge of HSE and experience with risk assessment processes.
A genuine passion for working within a team to meet a common goal
Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
