Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, assessments, and reports on the condition of structures.
- Promote a quality culture, implement standards of excellence, and encourage continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Supervisors in planning works and maintenance activities, following industry standards and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements for scheduled inspections.
- Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of inspection and maintenance plans.
- Provide support for business development activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records within the asset management system.
- Generate and process work orders in the asset management system.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Desirable qualification: TfNSW Bridge Inspection Procedure Level 2 Training.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on field experience.
- In-depth understanding of structural steels, retaining walls, and underground passes.
- Candidates with an Engineering background are encouraged to apply.
- Proven expertise in concrete inspection, bridge parapets, bridge bearing, and maintenance with a comprehensive viewpoint.
- Valid driver's license is essential.
- Available for regional travel and willingness to work outside standard hours, including weekends.
- Attractive salary package of $100k-$120k + super + car (negotiable dependent on level of experience)
