Join our experienced and passionate disability support team to provide exceptional care to clients in the Collie region. Our clients require support across all areas of daily living from shopping, supporting to find and maintain employment, cooking and personal care. The support will also include helping our clients to access their local community, participate in recreational activities and develop their independent living skills to promote choice, inclusion and independency.
We have two part time positions available, each working a minimum of 2-3 days per week initially (15 hours).
What you will bring!
You will have a good understanding of person-centered practice and are passionate about supporting people with a disability.
To be successful you will have:
A certificate III in Community Services (Disabilities) and/or equivalent experience
Ability to physically care for high needs individuals
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Demonstrated a contemporary understanding and attitude towards working with people with a disability
Ability to use electronic devices such as smart phone and computer and relevant applications
Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends
Successful candidates must have full working rights within Australia, possess a current NDIS Worker Screen (or willing to obtain), a current National Police Clearance, a current Provide First Aid’ Certificate and a WA driver's licence.

$32.21 per hour + 11% Superannuation + salary packaging
