We are on the hunt for a Brokerage Manager & Team Lead to assist in the day to day operations of leading a team of 10 brokers (residential and asset).
The company itself specialises in residential, commercial and private lending with a strong focus on educating clients and structuring their loans the right way.
You will report directly to the owner/ CEO and be competent in leading a team of brokers, alongside various other duties. The point of this position is to alleviate pressures from the CEO so he can focus on other aspects of the business.
The job position itself will be for you to manage the team of brokers and assist with all their training and needs. You will be well versed in the residential lending landscape with great product knowledge and common sense. Asset finance knowledge would be a bonus, but not necessary.
You will also be a broker yourself and will have the ability to broker your own deals alongside leads that come into the business. You will also be representing the business and building referral relationships for future partnerships. You will also be responsible for allocating leads to the brokers and other day-to-day tasks within the business.
You will have your own KPI's as well as the groups KPI's and be a pivotal person in this company.
Requirements:
- Management/ Team Leader experience
- Relationship and business development experience
- Cert IV or Diploma in mortgage broking
- Commercially and business minded
- Firm but fair mentality
- Driven and motivated for success
