Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services organisations. We have a requirement with our client partner for an IT Service desk Team Lead to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with a view to transition to permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 6-7 IT Service Desk professionals
- Manage daily operations and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Collaborate with various departments to improve IT processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licence for occasional client site visits (Essential)
- Previous experience leading a team in an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms (e.g. Autotask, ConnectWise, Service Now)
- Experience with Microsoft tech stack (setting up users, networks, environments, 365 products)
- Knowledge of Networking (CISCO Meraki, Palo Alto, Juniper)
- Familiarity with Security platforms such as Crowd strike, dark trace
- Willingness to take escalations
- Availability for some weekend work and after-hours support
