Building Assessor - Facilities Audit

Bayside Group is seeking experienced individuals to complete assessments and reports for commercial facilities across Tasmania. 
 
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a busy home grown building and asset management consultancy. They provide assessment, data management and reporting and advisory services for Government and private entities. Our client specialises in multi-site and large portfolio asset assessment, management, and planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to recently awarded contracts, we are seeking additional individuals to undertake assessments across Tasmania. Candidates will ideally be located in or around Devonport, Launceston or Hobart areas.
Successful individuals will undertake a multi-site audit of various commercial sites for the purpose of updating asset registries.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
Candidates should be familiar with mechanical plant and electrical systems commonly found in large commercial facilities.
Ideally you should be;

• Able to work independently and autonomously or with a team.
• Willing to work between multiple sites.
• Working collaboratively to ensure accuracy and quality of work is always maintained.
• Technically minded, and able to learn new processes and software quickly.
• Professional, well presented, and mindful of the people present on operational sites.

• Current Employee Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
• Have a reliable vehicle suitable for travel in all weather.
• Comfortable with using tablets, laptops and smartphones for data capture.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Previous relevant experience.
