Medecs Learning is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and NDIS Registered Provider specialising in community nursing care. With 150 client organisation partners and 9000 enrolments annually, we provide nationally accredited units, short course programs, and complex healthcare modules to the disability, aged care & community, and healthcare sectors.
Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic, career-focused person to join our client support team. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced administration environment, tackling diverse tasks daily. From assisting clients with quotations and staff enrolments, student inquiries, and scheduling trainers to coordinate digital systems, your contribution will be invaluable.
Essential: Experience in a fast-paced administration environment. Min 4 years.
- Experience coordinating systems for multiple clients.
- Excellent IT skills, using default digital systems and MS products.
- Excellent communication and client service skills, from working with a diverse client base.
- Excellent team-orientated skills and understanding that come from working with other talented and committed co-workers.
- Qualification in business administration or other relevant qualification.
Preferable but not essential: Experience working in an RTO or other training organisation.
