An established and well recognised player within its market, this Organisation is an iconic Tasmanian brand and is an industry leader. Having seen significant growth in recent years they are now seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time basis as soon as possible.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, completing the bank reconciliation, processing journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and providing support to the Financial Accountants within the team as required.
What you'll need to succeed
A self-starter, you’ll pride yourself on your ability to organise and prioritise tasks and work with a team. You’ll have a strong background in a similar accounts focused role and be able to hit the ground running. Although not essential, you’ll be degree qualified or currently studying towards, or alternatively, an appropriate level of relevant experience. Previous experience with software such at Finance One or Technology One is highly desirable.
