Minimum requirements:
- Be highly competent in Revit and Lumion.
- Building & Construction industry experience necessary.
- Confidence working with relevant authorities.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards & NCC.
- Undertake full documentation, specifications and schedules of projects.
- Familiarity with materials, building systems, and construction techniques to inform design decisions and ensure feasibility.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their input into design drawings and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the design process.
