Project Manager
Design and Build is searching for a Project Manager to join our tier 2 client within the new build, fitout & refurb space. You will be involved in projects projects with a value $1M - $30M approximately.
To be successful in this position you will have the below experience:

• Proven project management experience, or a significant Contract Admin or Site Management background
• New build and/or fitout experience
• Strong computer literacy; MS Office, Email software, and other construction specific software
• Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy & confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills
• Excellent time management skills & the ability to organise & prioritise own workload
• Commitment to WHS
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff & management, both internal & external

Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree or significant "on the job" experience
• Experience working on projects up to of $30M
• Tier 1, 2 or 3 project experience considered
