Site Manager

Design & Build Recruitment is working with a renowned construction companies dedicated to delivering exceptional projects. Currently, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced Site Managers to lead from the front on a variety of projects. These are permanent and long term positions with other projects in the pipeline.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of the project within specified timelines, budget constraints, and the highest quality standards. You will work closely with dedicated project teams including a Project Manager and Contracts Administrator.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team performance and morale.
• Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects $5M +
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
