SalaryWe are a small expanding family run building company that specializes in commercial Building maintenance and residential projects for our selected cliental.
This is a full-time position to join our small commercial maintenance team on one of our large sites located in Bentley.
The successful applicant must have a trade back ground preferably in carpentry or ceiling fixing but open to other trades depended on applicant and experience.
Building maintenance experience is required, and also willingness to complete a wide variety of jobs in a safe manor.
Must be punctual and enjoy working within a small team.
Own trade tools preferred with specialist tools provided by us.
- Work vehicle and fuel card will be provided
- Monthly phone use allowance
- Monthly own tool allowance if applicable.
All benefits of full-time employment position.
Hourly pay rate will be determined by applicants experience and suitability for the role.
