The role.

Working in the heart of Sydney CBD on one of our long term contracts we are looking for an experienced Residential Building Manager to join our team

This exciting role will oversee residential buildings financial and operational aspects while also emphasising maintaining relationships with all parties involved and have one direct report.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the delivery of the service contract
• Active management of subcontractors through effective leadership and communication
• Ensuring WHSE policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders
• Carrying out building inspections reporting on common area and asset operations
• Reporting to key stakeholders

Skills Required:

• A background in Property Management, Facilities Management or trade services.
• Experience managing a direct report is desired 
• Minimum 2 years of Residential Building Management Experience
• Strong administration skills
• Customer Service focus
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal
• An Understanding of WHS systems and processes would be an advantage
