About the role – Project Managers of Various Levels | Building Services & NSW Property
TSA provides consultancy services to commercial, institutional and government property sectors and is recognized for its’ specialist expertise with external building envelope, adaptive re-use, and remediation over the past decade.
 
With continued success within our Education team, we have an opportunity for someone with a Building Services technical background or experienced in services upgrades, ideally with practical site experience who is looking for an opportunity to leverage their knowledge and capability to develop their career in Project Management, providing strategic insight to achieve clients’ objectives.
 
We are keen to hear from Project Managers, Services Engineers, or Contractors - anyone with a passion for property, construction, and being a part of creating something for our communities.
 
About You.

• A tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience with a client-side consultancy or similar contracting roles and a minimum of 4+ years' experience in managing Building Services projects in a live operational building environments with multiple clients/stakeholders.
• A team member that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
• Desire to contribute and grow within a project team aligned with the values and culture of our organisation.
