About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region.
Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West region, including Torquay and Colac.
About the role
This position is responsible for undertaking tasks to ensure a coordinated and dynamic customer focused Building Services team and carry out timely and accurate information processing, data entry and quality activities including customer service and reception duties.
Duties of your role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing and facilitating a superior level of customer service and administration support to the Building Services Department
- Manage, collate, and report on all Accounts Payable functions within the Building Services Department
- Oracle receipting
- Triage BEIMS work order requests
