Compliance and Admin Assistant
Step Up Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider providing direct care for people living with a disability in the Ballarat area.
We have a large bank of casual staff and provide hundreds of support shifts each week.
We are looking for a team member able to:
- Maintain the compliance requirements for onboarding and ongoing staff documentation on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist with coordination of appointments for new interviews, staff appraisals and other receptionist duties for our Staff and Client Servicing teams.
You will need to have:
- Fantastic written and verbal communication.
- Strong computer proficiency and be able to work with a high level of detail. These roles are unique and customised to our own software and systems with training provided.
- A desire to embrace the diversity, individuality and unique gifts that people with a disability bring us and to embrace these within our workspace where we celebrate and support our differences wherever possible.
- You must believe in doing things right, we stand by our values and we just do the right thing. In this industry, this matters to us more than anything else.
Preference to staff with disability or mental health experience.
We are basically seeking a Karen….. organised, ticking off lists, with a little bit of Becky sprinkled on top - after all no-one wants to be a Karen… all the time…
You will need to have a fantastic sense of humour, embrace inclusivity and have an open mind to the complexities of working within complex disability, including corrections.
