About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor to manage projects in the Logan and Northern Gold Coast area. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling trades and materials
- Managing internal stakeholders
- Meeting quality standards and OH&S
- Managing wholesale Display home and spec builds as well as medium density projects as required
- Ensuring time frames and budgets are being met
- Attending construction meetings
Skills and Experience
- 2 years supervising experience of residential housing projects
- Exceptional communication
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- An ability to work on electronic platforms
- High attention to detail
- Quality focused
