THE ROLE
We are seeking a Residential Building Supervisor with extensive experience in building quality homes for our customers. In this role you will manage material deliveries, on-site sub-contractors, as you will oversee the construction of our quality homes. In doing so, you will liaise closely with our customers and internal departments to ensure that homes are built with high quality standards.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site.
- Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are being followed on site.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities at our scheduling system ClickHomes, progress reports, and inspection records.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
- A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License as a minimum is essential.
- Well organised, strong work ethics, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirement and proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential industry.
- Carpentry background will be an advantage.
