We are looking for a highly talented Building Support Coordinator to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers! 

About the role
As a Building Support Coordinator, you are crucial to our new home delivery experience. Responsible for supporting our customers throughout their building journey, proactively communicating with them during the build process and supporting them during handover. Working with multiple customers and site supervisors, your ability to organise, engage and support is critical to your success in this fast-paced environment.

About your new career
At Rivergum, you will enjoy fostering positive relationships as you support our customers through their building journey. 

  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers during their home building journey. 
  • Respond promptly and professionally through various communication channels such as phone, email, online portal and in-person. 
  • Clearly and effectively communicate complex information about the construction process including floor plans, specifications, timelines and upgrade options. 
  • Update and maintain relevant documentation for each build. 
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

About you
We are seeking a motivated and experienced customer care professional. You may currently be working in the industry and looking for a new opportunity for 2024! The right candidate for this position will have:

  • Prior experience in a customer service/administrative position. 
  • Ideally an understanding of the construction industry, specifically the new home build process. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service, coupled with well-developed administrative skills. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • An understanding of the importance of clear communication and timely responses.
