About the role
If you are looking for job security with a successful and growing Australian company, then this is the role for you! Reporting directly to the owner of the business, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations
- Identifying defects and advising on remedial works
- Offering advice on proposed alterations, improvements and extensions
- Preparing budgets and schedules
- Advising on environmental and safety issues
- Meeting with clients to discuss possible construction designs
Skills & experience
* Previous experience as a Building Surveyor specifically working in commercial
* Level 1, 2 or 3 certification
* Previous experience working with small to mid sized certification companies
* Must be located in Australia with Aust Working Rights
