We are seeking an energetic, motivated and results orientated individual to join our Development Assessment and Building Certification Team in providing quality building assessment and certification services for our growing City.

Council is currently seeking applications from motivated individuals to join our team in the capacity of either a Building Surveyor or a Cadet Building Surveyor with the opportunity to progress to a Building Surveyor role. What we will offer you:Commencing salary of $85,921.68 gross per annum with the opportunity to progress to $103,106.12 superannuation (Building Surveyor)Commencing salary of $75,299.12 gross per annum with the opportunity to progress to $90,358.84 superannuation (Cadet Building Surveyor)Annual Accreditation Allowance - (A1 Accreditation = $6,000; A2 Accreditation = $4,000 and A3 Accreditation = $2,000)Access to Council’s Leaseback Vehicle PolicyFlexible working arrangements
