Thoroughness and persistence are essential for the quality outcomes we strive for, while ongoing commitment to native plants and improving their identification is necessary too.The work involves mainly spraying, woody-weed removal and hand-weeding. Work is very rewarding, but very challenging too, with tough weather and work conditions.
