Job Details:

• Type: Permanent Part-Time (Minimum 3 days per week, 8 hours per day)
• Annual Salary Equivalent (for 5 days a week): $70,720 - $80,000
• Location: Sydney, Western Sydney

Your Role:
As our Bush Regeneration Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and manage diverse Bush Regeneration projects.
• Plan and oversee habitat restoration activities.
• Engage with communities, stakeholders, and authorities for project success.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Writing Reports and documenting restoration processes.
• Leading a small team of bush regenerators.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Cert III/Diploma in Conservation and Land Management.
• Thorough knowledge of indigenous and introduced plant species.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability and great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WHS and EEO principles.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Leadership ability and a strong work ethic.
• Physical fitness for role demands.
• NSW Driver's Licence, AQF3 Chemical Certificate, OHS Green/White Card.
• Tech proficiency on android platforms.
• Full vaccination status and work rights in Australia.

Desirable Qualities:

• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Positive attitude and commitment to promoting environmental conservation.
• Chainsaw ticket is attractive
• Ecology experience
