We are currently recruiting for Site Supervisors in both our Northern Beaches and Central Coast Crews. The role will include all aspects of on-ground ecological restoration.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management, direction, and supervision of their crew and the ongoing management of their regeneration sites under their control.
The successful candidate will be required to understand and apply best practice Bush Regeneration techniques, display good interpersonal and communication skills, and have a clear understanding of contractual obligations and project scope.
They will also be required to keep all site records, write periodic reports, and monitor contract obligations and deliverables. The candidate will also be required to liaise with clients and manage sub-contractors and suppliers.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor/Team Leader in the Ecological Restoration, Bush Regeneration or related industries.
Completed or studying - Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
AQF3 - Chemical handler’s certificate
First Aid certificate
WHS White Card
Current drivers’ licence and must have experience driving a manual vehicle
Excellent Bush regeneration skills, including plant knowledge
High focus on accuracy and quality
Strong skills in Microsoft word and excel
Problem resolution skills and adaptability
Deadline and detail orientated
Effective leadership and people management skills
Physically fit
Desirable but not required:
Degree/Diploma in the environmental-related discipline
Industry knowledge (incl. WHS, First Aid, EEO)
Chainsaw training or experience
Experience with 4WD
