Our full service modern Dental Laboratory has a vacancy for a Production Administration Support role.

We are looking for a confident and positive person who won't  be shy about getting their hands dirty and assisting where ever possible provide general and administration and production support to our busy Laboratory. You will be super organized and take initiative to ensure the smooth running of Production. You won't be afraid of a challenge and show great initiative by being proactive and practical.

Duties will include various administration activities including but not limited to;

• Preparing cases for booking stage
• Accurately booking incoming cases through Laboratory Management System following correct procedures
• Managing specific information from clients and ensuring all instructions in the system are accurate
• Supporting inbound and outbound activities such as packaging, dispatch, receiving and invoicing
• Contacting clients for verification purposes
