Opportunity Overview:
We are actively seeking an energetic and committed individual willing to undertake a 12-month traineeship in Business Administration for an immediate start.
A key element of this role will be working with spreadsheets in Excel, and other programs. The successful candidate will have an extended ability in using Excel and can demonstrate this during an interview.
You will be part of a friendly and professional team dedicated to ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time and contribute to our mantra of continuous improvement.
As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be expected to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration over 12 months. You must have a willingness to learn and display a positive attitude to your learning and position in the company.
Candidates will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Interest in Business Administration
- Ability to commit to the completion of required study and work at the same time
- must be Professional
- Have good reading, writing and communication skills
- A pleasant presentation and attitude to helping others
- Willingness to take on tasks as directed
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A proactive mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise
- Intermediate to High level of computer and clerical skills such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Drivers Licence
To apply you must:
- Not hold a Certificate III or IV in any field completed in the last 7 years, and/or Diploma qualification and above in any field of any date. Qualifications up to Certificate IV level commenced whilst at school or within two years of leaving school may not affect eligibility.
- Have the ability to work in Australia.
