AddressCaring Cuisine is a not-for-profit charity that plays a vital role enabling older Australians to enjoy living independently in the familiar surroundings and comfort of their own home. Our team of staff and volunteers prepare healthy, fresh food for our clients, and provide them with social interaction during meal deliveries.
Caring Cuisine is recruiting for Business Administration Trainee to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will work under close direction using established practices, procedures, and instructions, supporting the office team in liaising with clients, taking orders, and managing deliveries.
About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry (using an organisation-specific CRM, and Excel)
- Providing first class customer service over the phone
- Printing and scanning documents
- Distributing and storing correspondence (client menus and invoices, emails)
- Liaising with staff and volunteers both at St Lucia and other branches/hubs
The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual & organised with a friendly personality & a great attitude towards new challenges.
School leavers, long-term unemployed jobseekers, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and women re-entering the workforce are strongly encouraged to apply.
PLEASE NOTE: It is a condition of the traineeship that the successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business. Candidates who already hold this qualification will be ineligible for this position.
