Skillset & Nestle Purina Petcare are seeking applications for their new Business Administration/HR Trainee in Blayney, NSW. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience whilst learning from industry experts and take on a Certificate III in Business working within the Human Resources Team, over a 12 Month period.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing and directing incoming calls and emails
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Handling enquiries
- Entering data and creating reports
- Filing, scanning and archiving
- Assisting HR Manager and HR Coordinator

ABOUT YOU
- Are interested in developing a career in Human Resources
- Have skills such as interpersonal, time management and attention to detail
- Have strong verbal and written communication
- Have strong computer and typing skills
- Are confident and able to liaise with a wide range of people
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities
- Are willing to be vaccinated against Q fever
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Hold a minimum P1 drivers licence with reliable transport
- Police Check
- Pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening)
