The Opportunity –
Novaskill currently has a Business Administration Traineeship opportunity as a Medical Receptionist in Alstonville.
You’ll be completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business whilst gaining exposure to on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to help you build your career.
The learnings and responsibilities of this position include –
- Accurate data entry
- Will be supported in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- Creating documents and written communication
- General department-specific administration duties
- Provide support to staff on various tasks and projects
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence, both manual and electronic
- Communicate with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the company
- Some weekend work may be required
- Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and patient enquiries
Traineeship suitability Recommendations –

- Completed year 12

- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic computer skills
Requirements –
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
Drivers Licence & Reliable Transport is desirable
