We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in completing a Certificate III Business (Customer Engagement). The successful applicant will complete this traineeship over 12-months while gaining on the job experience with a nationally recognised company.
Our host company offers longwall systems designed for their customers’ applications — from low to high seam heights, no matter how long the face or how high the production demand. Moreover, the company supplies customers with energy supply and electrical engineering solutions for mining and tunneling.

Your daily duties may include:
- Answer phone enquiries
- Liaise with customers
- Maintain various registers and records, including payroll
- Follow up enquiries on purchase orders
- Assist with invoicing
- Review work dockets and update computer databases
- Communicate effectively with clients in a professional manner
- Ensure quality delivery of services whilst managing own productivity and performance
- Regularly communicate to Operations Manager
- Apply principles of WH&S in a workplace environment
Essential Criteria:
- Basic to intermediate experience and knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to learn and follow instructions
- Great communication skills
- Ability to behave in a courteous and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Driver’s license and own transport
