To support ETC's growth we are looking for motivated, engaging Business Advisor or Business Advisor/Trainer to join our team. You will be working in the new Self-Employment Assistance program, which supports individuals to build the skills and knowledge required to run their own commercially viable small business.
The role is based in our Gympie office, however travel may be required across the Wide Bay Sunshine Coast region. This role is part time (24 hours per week).
To be successful, you will need:
- A strong understanding of small business operations
- Experience as a business owner or in managing a small business
- The ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate our customers
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible work environment with an emphasis on high level of customer service.
- A recent clear National Police Check and current Working with Children Check
- Current Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
- Certificate IV - TAE40116 or equivalent with relevant business qualification is preferable however not essential as role for Business Advisor only can be available
