- Where required, drafting, negotiating and finalising development agreements, talent agreements, licence agreements and other commissioned contracts plus finalising project documentation in accordance with the ABC’s commissioning process and ABC policies.
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications in law to enable you to draft, negotiate and finalise contracts and a strong background in intellectual property rights, commercial negotiation and contract management to ensure the ABC's content deals meet the rights and business needs of the ABC.
You will also have:
- Advanced ability to draft and interpret licence agreements, with experience in an acquisitions licensing team preferred.
