About the role:
ClearView are transforming the way we classify and manage information. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help us define and implement improvements to our document classification and management processes. Primary (Key) Responsibilities
- Gather detailed requirements through interviews, workshops and research
- Define target processes and outcomes
- Identify benefits, risks and impacts of proposed solutions
- Support business transition including the creation of procedures, change assessments, training and internal communications
- Adhere to compliance and data governance requirements
Secondary Responsibilities
- Recommend opportunities to improve processes or applications
- Other duties as directed by the Project Manager, Lead Business Analyst or Head of Delivery

Qualifications Required
- Tertiary or industry qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience
- High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
Attributes or Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in business requirement analysis and process design
- Experience in business transition including managing training and internal communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data analytics & basic SQL knowledge
- Good negotiation skills
- Results oriented
- Project management (desirable)
