Contract Business Analyst position for 6 to 12 months on a cybersecurity project

Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into actionable insights. Your primary focus will be on our exciting new cyber solution. Here's what you'll be doing:
Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives related to the cyber solution.
Process Mapping: Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Solution Design: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define functional specifications.
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to gather feedback and refine requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development or cybersecurity.
Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex problems, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in requirements documentation.
Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
