Work as Business Analyst - Data Insights & Analytics with a leading Consulting firm on one of their established Melbourne based projects.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Analyse business processes, identify opportunities, and devise tactical plans to enhance growth and profitability.
- Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations, often based on extensive analyses.
- Assess business performance, identify and mitigate operational and technical risks within the business, and can lead complex process mapping activities
- collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to meet business needs and communicate their findings, recommendations, and progress effectively to various teams and decision-makers.
- Leverage Data Insights, analyse historical data, identify patterns, and uncover trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Working closely with technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
- Must have prior experience working with Telco Operations in specific to core business processes of Frontline teams (connection and assurance processes)
