About the Role:
As a Business Analyst you will be required to apply developed business analysis skills using appropriate techniques and tools, with the ability to analyse, evaluate, document and implement business requirements for technical solutions. This position will require you to work closely with stakeholders across the department to investigate and document emerging issues in business practice whilst maintaining a high standard of governance and risk management.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Investigating operational needs, problems, and opportunities to recommend improvements in both automated and non-automated aspects of processes and organisation.
- Defining and managing scoping, requirements, and prioritisation for small-scale changes, as well as assists in more complex change initiatives, adhering to agreed standards.
- Managing authorized change requests to baseline requirements, aligning with change management policy.
- Undertaking analytical activities, delivering analysis outputs according to customer requirements and established standards, utilizing business modelling techniques with clearly defined boundaries.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
