The role
The Senior HR System Administrator LMS is responsible for upholding service quality standards and health and safety policies while efficiently managing the Department of Health's state-wide LMS. This role involves optimizing education and training delivery, reporting, and data management within the LMS, ensuring accurate training completion data.
The Administrator collaborates with the LMS supplier to meet contractual terms and conditions, offering expert advice for long-term strategic solutions in LMS data utilization across the Department and Health Services. Additionally, the role involves consulting with Queensland Health training providers to develop practical solutions for meeting eLearning obligations and ensuring compliance data availability. The Administrator acts as a liaison, providing advice to internal and external stakeholders, Hospital and Health Services, and the contracted LMS supplier to facilitate effective communication and operational requirements.
The successful person
To excel in this position, you must highlight a proven capability to uphold application support processes, ensuring that support requests adhere to established procedures. Utilize application management software and tools to investigate issues and understand customer needs while fostering and sustaining professional relationships (SFIA: ASUP Level 4). Demonstrate expertise in monitoring service delivery, collecting performance data, and contributing to the development, research, and evaluation of service standards. Apply these standards to address or escalate issues effectively (SFIA: CSMG Level 4).
Moreover, exhibit a record of accomplishment of successfully monitoring and reporting on supplier performance and customer satisfaction. Actively engage with suppliers in a proactive and collaborative manner to resolve incidents, problems, or performance issues. Implement initiatives and programs related to supplier management and service improvement (SFIA: SUPP Level 4). Additionally, display proven expertise in offering detailed advice on Learning Management Systems (LMS), staying abreast of eLearning industry developments and standards. Collaborate with other LMS support teams to ensure advice aligns with the organization's needs (SFIA: TECH Level 4).
