The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to undertake detailed modelling of our operations with respect to the key parameters of our business. The intent of this role is to create a series of business models supporting tendering, job cost estimation, productivity analysis, trip simulation and routing. Further to develop and prepare data for use in BI tools as dashboards for business decision making.
This role will support the customer service and business improvement teams.
Key skills required in the role include:
- Deep EXCEL modelling including use of advanced excel features and data manipulation and integration tools
- Good communication skills with all levels of management in operations and distribution functions in the business.
- Deep understanding of the use of the Microsoft suite of BI and Automate tools
- Understanding of business processes specifically distribution, supply chain pricing, cost accounting and distribution.
Previous Experience Includes;
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems based on 3PL management processes
- At lest 5 years experience as a Business analyst in related industries
- Use of dashboarding tools to convey detailed information from data sets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business or commerce with a focus on data analytics.
Experienced in the use of Power BI, Power Automate and/or other data analysis tools.
