- Developing and maintaining workflow systems and procedures to assist the timely completion of unit responsibilities.
- Data extraction, data input and the undertaking of information gathering and reporting processes and assisting in the unit reporting and administration functions.
- Assisting the Manager and Unit to provide a high quality service and advice that is proactive and solution focussed and ensuring timely responses.
- Providing assistance to support assessments, investigations and intelligence and acts as a co-worker for intelligence and investigations.
