The program defines best practice standards by creating a carer friendly workplace, enabling staff to balance work and care, while continuing to contribute to the wellbeing of individuals, families and the community.The OpportunityAs an Assistant Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Intelligence Analyst responsible for the conduct of discipline investigations and processes in accordance with the Public Sector Management Act 1994, the Commissioner’s Instructions and relevant policies and procedures.In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining workflow systems and procedures to assist the timely completion of unit responsibilities.
• Data extraction, data input and the undertaking of information gathering and reporting processes and assisting in the unit reporting and administration functions.
• Assisting the Manager and Unit to provide a high quality service and advice that is proactive and solution focussed and ensuring timely responses.
• Providing assistance to support assessments, investigations and intelligence and acts as a co-worker for intelligence and investigations.
