In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, document current and future state processes, and drive the implementation of a new global payroll solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills to capture "as-is" and "to-be" states
- Preference for experience with ADP GlobalView and/or UKG Dimensions payroll platforms
- Strong background in leading large-scale payroll transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and liaise with subject matter experts to deeply understand current pain points and map out the future solution
- Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a global enterprise environment
- Proven track record of leading successful payroll transformation projects
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with cloud-based payroll and HR systems
