This full time role requires someone who is open minded with a strong ability to research and apply what they have learned. On a daily basis you will be involved in research, analysis, problem solving, documentation, and support. You will also have input into our continuous improvement process.Don't worry, we will train you! You will spend your first 2 months learning how the business operates, after which you will join the Pricing team.What you'll need to succeed

• Educational Excellence: A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, or a related discipline. Solid academic achievements and a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience: Working 3+ years in a Business Analyst or pricing analyst capacity in the energy retail industry.
• Tech Agility: Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially EXCEL is advantageous.
• Innovative Mindset: A curiosity that never settles. An ability to visualize, analyse and deduce competitor behaviour and market trends unique to the energy sector.
• Collaborative Spirit: Our best solutions come when minds meet. You should thrive in a team setting, communicate clearly, and be ready to learn and teach.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Analysis: This spans a wide range of areas including the market, competitors, our own strategies, our processes, and the overall industry.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation, including operational procedures to ensure comprehensive and accessible resources for the team.
• System Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of system requirements to ensure that software solutions align with business needs.
• Identifying Improvements: Recognizing technological limitations and areas for improvement in existing systems, processes, and methods
• Pricing: Produce pricing plans and create pricing plans
