We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with a background in retail and a focus on backend systems to join the loyalty platform implementation team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training materials and documentation for backend users of the loyalty platform.

- Experience working on loyalty platform implementations or similar projects in the retail industry.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of backend systems, databases, and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.
