About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Specialist/Business Analyst with a Public Safety background or experience. The role will also provide assistance with customer/production support and implement change requests to cater for projects' needs. Sustain existing systems using best practices and tools through code and configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement detailed and complex change request - code and configuration.
• Test detailed and complex software code developed by peers when required.
• Work with QA team for testing and resolving defects.
• Develop integration and unit tests.
• Assist with assessing requirements for change requests.
• Provide production support when required.
• Review code work for accuracy and functionality.
• Supervise and train new team members.

About you:

• Strong application support and systems analysis background.
• Understanding of Microsoft Server technologies
• 5+ years' experience in customer facing technical Configuration Analyst role.
• MS SQL Server administration
• Advanced SQL scripting
• Understanding Webservices
• Configuration management
• Support of real time applications
