Our client is seeking to engage APS6/EL1 Business Analysts.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Length: Start – ASAP, End – 30/06/2024, with option to extend up to 12 months
Eligibility/Security Requirement:Baseline Clearance at a minimum
Our client is looking for multiple Business Analysts who will work in a dynamic and fast paced environment to perform business analysis work for the Support at Home ICT enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake discovery and analysis planning activities, including current and future state analysis.
- Elicit, translate, validate, communicate, negotiate and manage requirements through techniques such as interviews, walk-throughs, use cases, specifications, process flows etc. Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, user journeys, and service design artefacts to document the business needs of the Support at Home and Single Assessment System reforms.
- Lead, conduct and participate in stakeholder engagements, requirement elicitation and solution co-design workshops.
- Execute and manage business requirement change processes as required.
- Support and provide input to delivery partners solution design, build and test activities to ensure direction reflects business needs.
- Support and undertake delivery of other ICT enablement activities and deliverables including but not limited to business validation and testing, input on change/transition artefacts, data analysis, user experience design, user research, development of business cases and supporting cabinet submissions etc.
- Work collaboratively with project team, IT delivery partner agencies, and stakeholders.
- Undertake relevant activities to support delivery of project outcomes as required
