Requirements:- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
- Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information
- into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
- Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specification
